It was my first Birthday last Sunday and after our morning walk with special snackies - cooked chicken!!! yummy!!! I was sooo good! - I got some lovely presents. Finni helped me unwrap them. He is very good at unwrapping! (please turn the sound down when watching the videos - we live on a busy road and the camera loves to pick up all the traffic noise)
I like the ball thingy but I LOVE the girl toy - I'm calling her Girlgirl. She has the most marvelous squeak. Mummy says she sounds like Olive Oyl from Popeye! She is my favourite toy now and Finni wants her too!
Today we went to the Airedale walk in Bingley near the river Aire where our breed originated from. There were lots of doggies there including my litter brother Archie. You can see our photos on Finni's Blob. I also met Monty there ... sigh ... he was quite mature but very nice!

Mummy got interviewed as well but hopes the chappie won't use her comments as she grinned like a Cheshire cat all the time and couldn't think of anything to say, hehe, though she mentioned Airedale Bloggers! It'll be on the Telly tomorrow we think on some Yorkshire channel.
So you know what we'll be doing tomorrow don't you. I wonder if Dad is going to let Mummy have the handset ...

What a fantastic toy. The girl toy looks like a lot of fun.
We used to have one of those football-in-a-rope toys, too. It was destroyed shortly after we got it. Just not Airedale-proof we think.
We would have loved to come to the Dale meeting. Was there many of us there???
